Ball Bayview Park Rules & Guidelines
RV sites offer a variety of sites for RV/Campers, pop-ups and smaller campers. RV sites come with full hookups with water/sewer, electric. Ball Bayview offers tent camping sites. Our campground area is perfect for families and group camping.
1. All tenants must keep their belongings within the assigned site.
2. Space must be kept neat and clean and free of litter.
3. No pets over 20 lbs or two pets per site allowed in the park.
4. Dogs must be kept on a leash held by you or carried if they are off the assigned site. They must not be left unattended at any time.
5. Tenants must walk their dogs in the dog walk area located in the lower area to the left of the stairs along the creek and clean up after their pets.
6. Vehicles must allow 12′ wide driveways, 17′ if within 20′ of corners
7. No driving on lawn areas.
8. Laundry must be removed from machines at the end of cycles.
9. All faucets and lights must be turned off when not in use.
10. Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.
11. The manager will be notified of overnight guests staying, who will sign in to the office and pay appropriate charges of $5 per night per guest and $5.00 per vehicle per night. This includes family or friends using the unit without the registered tenant being present. This is for security and safety reasons.
12. Only one (1) vehicle per site
13. Rental to be paid in advance.
14. Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
15. Tenants are responsible for the safety of their children.
16. Park owners are not responsible for any losses.
17. No loud or profane language is allowed in the park.
18. The sewer connection must be tight, and gaskets must be used.
19. Sewer hoses must be protected for grass mowing, and slideouts must be retracted.
20. Household garbage must be wrapped, bagged, and placed in the dumpster.
21. Sand is to be cleaned from items with a lawn faucet.
22. All unregistered guests must be out of the park by 11 pm.
23. All weekly and monthly rent not paid by the due date is subject to a daily rate of $38.00 and a $40.00 late fee.
24. All decks and sheds must be pre-approved by the owner.
25. All permanent improvements to sites become the park owner’s property.
26. All cans, plastic jugs, bottles, and newspapers must be put in recycling bins.
27. Buyers of camper units left on site must be pre-approved.
28. Any tenant evicted for just cause will not be eligible for a refund.
